Below are some common symptoms that affect many of us in our stress-filled world, but can be especially trying for high school and college students.

Are you feeling for yourself or noticing any of the following symptoms in your tween, teen or college student?
- Isolating behavior
- Sleeping too much or too little

- Lack of energy or motivation
- Lack of ability to focus
Some of these symptoms could lead to:
- Suicidal thoughts
- Self harming behaviors
- Mood swings
- Behavioral changes
- Loss of interest in previously enjoyed activities
- Social isolation
- Substance abuse
- Consistent worry
And could be a result of an adjustment to:
- Sexuality issues
- High School
- Child/Parent conflict
